Dr. Kenneth CiardielloDr. Kenneth A. Ciardiello

Dr. Ciardiello graduated from the UMDNJ – New Jersey Medical School in 1968. He completed a General Surgery residency at the Albany Medical Center Hospital/Albany Medical College. Following military duty as a surgeon with the U.S. Army, he returned to New Haven to begin his career as a general surgeon.

 

Dr. Ciardiello has authored papers on the topics of hernia repair, hernia surgery and abdominal wall reconstruction.

 

Dr. Ciardiello is proud to be board certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery, is an active Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and holds membership in numerous surgical societies including the American Hernia Society and the New England Surgical Society.
